Introduction
The project is about Educational ERP System
which consists of several modules such as
Library,Certificates,Events,Placement,Transportati
on,Committee.Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)
college web application which integrates all the
modules of college on a single system that can be
handled by the admin and access by the students
and facilities with their valid user ID and Password.
As we know that,a college consist of different
department such as cource department,fees
department,library,event,management,tran-
portation management system.
The main goal of entire system is to provide
a user-friendly interface.
Education institutions may manage their
online brand presences,instructor,evaluations and
student development with the use of ERP Systems
Software.
The system can be used by the users without
any formal knowledge.It gives message while
entering valid and invalid data.This shows that it is
user friendly.it can lead to reliable,secure,error
free and fast system.
Data Security and reduction of time
complexity are the main features of Educational
ERP System.
One of the module of ERP Educational System
is Transportation module - It is the application
which refers to transportation system which are
generally small or medium in size.It is used by
transporatation to manage the vehicle record
using a computerized system where the user can
book vehicle for their visit.

Existing System
 Problems in Existing System:
 The existing System is Time Consuming and it
faces the problems like Loss of Security to the
data,File loss,File damaged,etc.
 Data has to be stored manually,which makes
searching any of the relevant information much
difficult.
 Facing the errors while entering the data.
 As there is no computerized system ,to add
each record-paper will be needed which will
increase the cost for the management of
transportation.

 Limitations of Existing System:

 The transactions are executed in off-line

mode,hence on-line data for User,Books

capture and modification is not possible.
 Offline reports of member,student,address

cannot be generated .

Proposed System
 The staff/driver will register through online.
 Individually each member will have his account
through which he can access the information he
need.
 Time consuming is low,gives accurate.
 This system is easy to handle.

Objectives Of Proposed System

 The main conceptual idea of the Educational
ERP System is based on the web application that
provides a simple interface for maintainance of
different student.
 Admin can add ,update,delete any
information,service or user.Saves Cost and
Time.
 User can change the password after logging.This
system can maintain computerized records
without redundant entries.

Scope/Process of the Proposed System

 The system allows the admin to manage
students,library,placements,transportation,certi
ficates,events and other information.
 Data is secure.
 Keeps all the information separately and faster
to access.

By automating various operations like
student registration, ERP can help make the
admission process much simpler and more
efficient. The Best Student Management
System can also help track student
performance and progress, which can be
useful for institution administration.
