Purchase Incharge
Objective 1. To develop purchasing strategies and oversee the purchasing team in their daily
activities of sourcing suppliers and purchasing products, equipment, and services.
1. Cost minimization.
2. Relation builder.

1. Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.


2. Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
3. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
Key Activities 4. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
5. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
6. Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
7. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and
specifications.
8. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
9. Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
10. Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing
system.
1. Experience as a purchasing manager or in a similar position.
2. Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
Skills 3. Supervisory and management experience.
Required-Job 4. Proficiency in MS Office and Purchasing software.
Specific 5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
6. Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
7. Strong planning and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work independently.
Education Graduate/MBA or Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or similar field
