1 Introduction and Overview

The EAM360 Storekeeper mobile application is used by the asset
management industry to
maintain inventory. Inventory includes property, all stocks, services, return,
and transfer of
necessary items. This application helps to keep track of inventories in
different storerooms,
inventory reports, inventory issues, unplanned issues, and returns. It reduces
the time for
managing inventory by keeping all records in one place.

1.1 Purpose
The purpose of this manual is to guide the “shop supervisor” to view, edit,
and report the
inventory details, an unplanned issue, and the return of the inventory in the
application by filling
in the relevant information. It further explains the key steps to completing
the formalities in
detail.

1.2 Intended Audience

The document is intended for the following audience.
● Store supervisor

1.2.1 EAM360 Storekeeper

The EAM 360 Storekeeper mobile application is used by the store supervisor
to view the stock,
get a report of the stock available in the store, report an unplanned issue or
return of the stock,
and maintain all the inventory details in one place.

Features
▪ Good Receipts - Materials/goods received on a purchase order.
▪ Service Receipts - Services received in accordance with a purchase order.
▪ Goods Issue – Issue related to goods.
▪ Goods Return - To return/ reject goods received.
▪ Transfer and Issue - To track the stock issues and transfer stock from one
storeroom location to another.
▪ Physical Count - It displays the physical count of items in the inventory.

1.2.2 Downloading EAM360 from the play store

You can download the EAM360 Storekeeper app for Maximo from the Google
Play Store on your Android mobile.
1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android mobile phone.
2. Tap the search bar at the top.
3. Type the application name EAM360 Storekeeper and tap Install.

1.3 Viewing the list of inventories

Follow the below steps to view the list of inventory item:
1. Login to the EAM360 application.
2. Tap on the setting icon in the right-top corner.

3. Select the desired Sited and Storeroom to navigate to the desired

storeroom.

4. Tap Transfer & Issues.

5. The list of inventory items is displayed for the chosen siteId and storeroom.

On this page, you can do the following:

▪ You can search for the desired inventory by entering the inventory name
into the search bar.

You can Sort and Filter the inventory items based on the following filters:
▪ Sort
● Item Number
● Current Balance Ascending
● Current Balance Descending
● Available Balance Ascending
● Available Balance Descending
▪ Filter
● Available Balance >0
● Current Balance >0
● Rotating Item
● No Lot
● Lot.

6. Tap Apply to apply the filters.

1.4 Reporting an Unplanned Issue

In this section, you will learn how to report an unplanned issue.
Follow the below steps to report an unplanned issue.
1. Launch and login to the EAM360 Storekeeper application.
2. Navigate to the list of Inventory Items.
3. To select the desired inventory item, tap on the checkbox and ✔ icon.

4. Tap on VIEW to preview the selected item.

5. The Actions window option appears.

6. Tap Issue. The Unplanned Issue 1/1 detail page is displayed.
