CHAPTER IV
PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA
This chapter deals with the presentation, analysis and interpretation

of data gathered through the questionnaires.

Age Profile of Respondents
Table 2 presents the profile of the respondents as their age.
As shown in the table 85.0% or 17 of the total respondents fell

into the age up to 16 to 17 years old. Likewise, the remaining 3
respondents or 15.0% were between 18 years old and above. The total
number of respondents is 20.

Table 3 presents the profile of respondents as to their gender.
The total number of respondents is 20 ABM students of Grade 11 and

12 at Senior High school within Nasugbu East Central School. The table
shows that there were 7 respondents or 35% who indicated that they
were male, while 13 or 65% of them dedicated that they were female.
The data revealed that there is higher number of Female students in
ABM grade 11 and 12 Department in SHS within Nasuhbu East Central
School.

As shown in the table, there were 15 or 75% who belong Accountancy

Business and Management 11, 5 or 25% belong to accountancy

Graph 1 presents the conformity of the respondents when it comes to do things in order of
Priority.
As shown above, 75.0% of the respondents said that sometimes they do things in order
Priority while 25.0% are always.

needs to be done during that day.
As shown in the graph, 15 or 75.0% of the respondents answered sometimes, while 5 or

25.0% of them are answered always.

Hence, majority of them uses this filling of sometimes they accomplished what needs to be
done during that day

Graph 3 presents the conformity of respondents when it comes to forcing themselves to

make time for planning.
As shown in the graph, 12 or 60.0% of the respondents answered sometimes, 3 or 15%

answered Never, while 5 or 25.0% responded always to the question.
More than half of the respondents are forced themselves to make time for planning.

Graph 4 presents the respondents when it comes to avoiding spending too much time on
trivial matters.
The graph shows that 2 or 10.0% answered always, while 18 or 90% of students avoiding
spending too much time on trivial matters.
The data shows that majority of the respondents were avoiding spending too much time
on trivial matters.

Graph 5 presents the conformity of the respondents in preventing interruptions from

distracting them from high priority task.
As shown in the graph,8 or 40.0% answered sometimes, 1 or 5.0% answered Never, while
11 or 55.0% answered Always.
The data shows that majority of preventing interruptions from distracting them from high
priority task.

CHAPTER V
SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATION
This chapter presents the summary of findings, conclusion and recommendation of this
study.
Summary of findings
This study aimed to evaluate The Exert influence of poor time management to academic
performance of ABM students during COVID-19 pandemic for academic year 2021-2022.
Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions.
1. What is the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of?

A. Age
B. Sex
2. Why does the students need to do things in order of priority?
3. Why needs to be done during the day?
4. What does the effect of spending time in trivial matters?
5. How can you say that you can prevent the interruptions.
CONCLUSIONS
Based on the findings of the study, the following conclusion were down.

1. The researchers found out that the student in Accountancy Business
and Management do things in order of priority.
2. The researchers found out that the Students of Accountancy Business
and Management avoid spending time in trivial matters.
3. The researchers found out that the Students can prevent the interruptions if they
have a task to do.
RECOMMENDATIONS
From this findings and conclusions of the study the following recommendations are
hereby endorse.
1. The Senior High School I should be inspired to have the knowledge about the
different topic.
2. The researchers will be test the patience and to gain more knowledge to solve their
own study.
3. The Future Researchers will be considered as the reference to their study.
