Dimension & Responsibility :
Direction of Others : § The Incumbent may supervise work of Research Assistants during project assignments, and occasionally have 1-2 Research Assistants report to him/her. Guidance and Authority: § Reports to Research Group Leader or individual contributor. Assistance and guidance readily available. § Daily progress is under close supervision, particularly during the first few months in position and subject to review before action is taken. Incumbent’s findings are frequently checked for accuracy and incorporated as part of project’s conclusions.
