Political   It is a requirement to have a have a local sponsor in the UAE. They


may have to take 51% of the business. 
 There may be additional taxes by the government to comply with

legal requirements for launching the app in the UAE market. 
 Changes in government policies may require frequent updates to
the various features of the app. 
 Changes in the requirements need to be frequently updated to
increase the awareness among the business owners and employees
to mitigate fines. 
 UAE government is providing additional incentives for promoting
technological based SMEs. 
Economic   Followed by COVID and other recession based economic
situations, there has been an increase in the requirement of job
search platforms. 
 There are more opportunities to have an increase in customers
as the market is in the process towards stabilization currently. 
 The impacts of conflicts between countries have increased the
rate of immigration in UAE, hence the job market has expanded. 
 Government policies such as Emiratization has discouraged the
companies to hire more employees. 
Social   The app will be social media friendly, therefore people with
different nationalities can connect with each other. 
 The app will provide a platform for businesses to advertise their
business to gen Z individuals, therefore have a focus mostly around
the ages of 20 – 25. 
 As Hustlr is a new app it is important that it keeps a clean brand
image in order to appeal to the socially aware gen Z. 
 The app will follow standard ethical requirements as
implemented by the UAE. 
 The moderation within Hustlr will deny access to people that are
not following the set rules. 
Technological   There will be a large server requirement to be able to the large
flow of data through the app. 
 It is important for HUSTLR to have very strong cyber-security as
the app will be handling large amounts of individual personal
information. 
 The app will need to be constantly updated in order to bring in
new features, so it stays up to date with competitors. 
Environmental   As Hustlr is an app, it remains green as the harmful usage
of environmental resources is minimized. 
Legal   Hustlr will comply with all the necessary legal requirements
as per the UAE laws. 
 The tax policy (5%) can impact the sales of Hustlr as it will be
more expensive for the customers. 
 It is essential that Hustlr invests in the appropriate
insurance package in case of any emergencies. 
 Risk of fraudulence is a factor to consider and, in the case,
will lead to legal issues.

 Modern job seeking platform that targets and focuses on assisting the
  Gen Z population in the UAE. 
   Software that is easy to use with no training required, cost effective
  and time efficient. This is done by refining the postings received by the
company to help them shortlist candidates in less time and without using
STRENGTH  expensive CV analysis software. 
 Personal representative (Hustle Buddy) for premium users, to help
premium users build their CVs and train them for specific interviews
