• Net profit grew by 4.2% in 2017, compared with the increase in sales in 2016.

• In 2017, net leasing profits fell by 4.9% compared to 2016, mainly due to unfavourable

rental conditions.

• Investment profit decreased by 45.0% compared to 2016 as a result of lower dividend

income, while more cash was used in order to support expansion.

• Between QARs 563.7 million and QARs 586.7 million, net profit climbed 4.1 per cent, mainly

due to higher sales.

• Located shop rental income in corporate malls climbed marginally from QAR 69.5 million in

2017 to 75.8 million in 2018 (9.1 percent). The rise was mainly caused by shop rentals in the

newly created centers.

• In comparison with 2018, Al Meera reported a net profit attributable to the shareholders of QAR

186.6 million, a 2.3% gain. Improving overall performance is driven by margin and efficiency

improvements.

• The net profit to shareholders has climbed to QR 209.0, an increase of QAR 22.5 million over

2019, due to the marks' improvement in margins and efficiency.
