COOLING MANAGEMENT &
WALKTHROUGH
The Cooling Assessment Service offers a detailed review of your data center.
We will visit the site and collect data pertaining to:
Environmental conditions
Critical infrastructure capacity and utilization.
Cooling distribution and effectiveness.
Condition of power and cooling equipment
With this data, we will develop a comprehensive report that will include

REPORT SUMMARY
The report provides corrective action as per Data Center Standard & Guidelines. Includes
steps for improvement as the standards and detailed analysis of the assessment is given.
Attempt shall also be made to carry out the measurement of various parameters to extent
possible.
In the event of inability of measurements due to some constraints, reasonable estimation
will be made.
Provide GAP analysis, recommendations and suggestions based on the assessment.
SUMMARIZATION
NTIPL will document all the findings after discussing with the Building Facility personnel
and together work out an implementation schedule for all the solution. One soft copy of
the final report shall be submitted along with the executive summary, detailed report
annexure, appendix and also list of reputed suppliers of the systems proposed for energy
saving.
