ON-LINE MID-QUARTER EXAMINATIONS SPRING QUARTER -2023

Guidelines/Rules for Students:

1. Duration of the Exam will be 60 minutes

2. You are required to have two devices.
i. One Laptop/Smartphone to reply on the LMS
ii. One Smartphone to join Meeting.
Make sure both devices are fully charged before the EXAM.
3. To attempt the EXAM, you have to log-in to LMS and click on the required subject.
Simultaneously, you must join the Meeting where you will be monitored throughout the
EXAM. Without Meeting, your exam will be invalid.
4. If there are objective questions, you must attempt them on LMS. For descriptive questions,
you have three options:
(a) Type on the LMS and submit.
b) Students are directed to submit all types of attachment(s) on Preston LMS only
Do not send to program coordinator or PD or any other official.
5. The MID-QUARTER EXAM ID will be issued by the Program Officer/Coordinator.
6. The Exam & IT Department will monitor you on the Meeting app.
7. The scanned images must be attached at the end of Exam time. A GRACE PERIOD OF 10
MINUTES will be allowed for attachments. Any replies received after the elapse of 70
MINUTES period will be rejected.
8. Submission of MID-QUARTER paper through WhatsApp is not acceptable .
9. Any technical problem may happen. The University is aware of it and will try to resolve your
issues. The important point is that in case of any problem, you must immediately call the
Helpline and report your problem.

10. FEE DEFAULTERS AND SHORT ATTENDANCE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO

APPEAR IN THE MID-QUARTER / TERMINAL EXAM.

Notes:1.Out of Meeting paper will be cancelled.
