*EXECUTIVE SUMMARY (ZARET)

Market-purchased gift wrap is intended for one-time usage only. The gift
wrap for events like birthdays and weddings is promptly thrown away when the
present is opened. As a result, there is more trash piling up in the landfill, which
leads to pollution that is bad for both human health and the habitat of the nearby
plants and animals. Therefore, six (6) students from 11 STEM Riccati have
proposed the idea of developing an environmentally friendly product to reduce
the amount of waste that is dumped into the environment. Not only that, this
company provides gift-wrapping services, charging customers according to the
size of their gift. This business idea opens an opportunity for us to attract
customers and create a profitable business by innovating a new product and
providing a service that is feasible within the community.

Our business's (company name) creation of (product name) was the result
of careful deliberation, taking into account both its advantages over competing
gift wrappers and its benefits to the community. The (product name) is a gift wrap
that differs from other gift wrappers in terms of its function, design, durability, and
more environmentally friendly approach to the gift-wrapping process. To save the
customers’ time, the goods may also be given with gift-wrapping services. Seeds
and recyclable paper make up the wrapping. These seeds are divided into three
(3) different categories: sunflower seeds, okra seeds, and mongo seeds. The
present wrapper can also be altered to suit the tastes of the customer. For
example, if it's a birthday for an eight-year-old boy, we'll give the buyer options
for the design he or she likes. There are additional gift wrappers available for
different events, such as a wedding or any other occasion. About planting the
wrapper, we'll be giving the customers instructions that outline the actions
needed to make the wrapper effective.

Due to the fact that our company is a small one, the management is done
in partnership by the members. In particular, the owners are Genezaret
Leonardo, Sofia Marie Saavedra, Shariff Shameer Shan Hapsan, Mary Divine
Gregorio, Ainiza Amil, and Miguel Montano Cortez, each of whom has been
assigned specific duties based on his or her qualifications. The owners jointly
share the company's debts and profits, cut expenses, adopt fresh viewpoints,
and innovate and work together to raise money. In SM Mindpro, notably in front
of the SM Department Store, we will set up our gift-wrapping station in order to
carry out our business plan.

Listed below are the competitors that offer similar products and services as the
ones we sell or provide or ones that customers could purchase instead of ours. Direct
competitors are companies that offer the same product or service. Conversely, indirect
competitors are companies whose products or services, while different, could potentially
satisfy the same customer needs (Cuofano, 2023).

-DIRECT COMPETITORS
SM Department Store Gift Wrapping Section- Given that they offer the same
service as what our company aims to offer, the gift wrapping department at SM Mindpro
is one of our company's main rivals. Additionally, because they use commercial, single-
use gift wrappers, they are able to offer services at a price that is significantly less than
what we charge. Because customers might be more drawn to the less expensive
choice, this could represent a threat to our company.

Hallmark- As the top retailer of gift wrappers, they provide a wide variety of
wrapping options. While not being very similar, they offer eco-friendly gift wraps similar
to the ones we sell. Nonetheless, hallmark also employs an eco-friendly gift-wrapping
strategy, which is a similar concept to ours. This poses a threat to our business.

Gift Blooms- Gift Blooms offers an online gift delivery service. Because of the
current popularity of this approach to gift-wrapping, there is a risk that this service will
attract more clients and threaten our business.

Human Nature- The gift wrappers and services offered by Human Nature, with
locations in City Mall Tetuan and KCC Mall de Zamboanga, are identical to those of our
company. Also available are eco-friendly gift wrappers from Human Nature, which are
almost identical to our own. The sole distinction is that gift-wrapping is only appropriate
when the item was purchased from them. Although this may be to their detriment, there
is still a chance that customers will select Human Nature.

may bring any sizes of packaging needed for wrapping but depending on the sizes the
cost may increase but not that much
