    Dear Dr. De Guzman,

    Greetings of peace!

    I am respectfully writing this letter to you to ask a request allowing me to pay in partial
    the amount of Php 8,000.00 representing my monthly tuition fee on this day and the
    completion by the end of the month due to financial difficulty.

    To date, I’m settling the amount of Php 3,000.00 and promise to fulfill the balance of
    Php 5,000.00 on or before June 30, 2019.

    Should I may not be able to comply on the promised date, I am willing to disregard the
    partial payment I have made today.

    I am hoping for your favorable response and kind consideration in behalf of the
    situation of my family right now. Thank you and God Bless!
