    Read the following Extract and answer the questions that follow.

    (10 MARKS)

    Some students are of the view that those who study the whole day (from morning till evening)

    are those who perform well. Contrary to this popular view, those who do not spend so much time

    on their books rather perform better. Unlike those who study the whole day, the others study a

    little but reflect more on what they have learnt. During their study, they are able to focus on the

    main ideas of the text. As they walk around, they recite what they have learnt and this makes

    them retain the content in their memory.
