Tầm quan trọng của Phân tích chiến lược (The Importance of
Strategy Analysis)
Chiến lược chi phối hoạt động của một tổ chức (Strategy drives the actions of
an organisation.)
- Phân tích môi trường kinh kinh doanh – điểm khởi đầu của PTBCTC.
- PT chiến lược cho phép nhà PT khám phá kinh tế của DN ở cấp độ chất lượng
- Giá trị của doanh nghiệp được xác định qua khả năng mang lại RI
- Khả năng sinh lợi phụ thuộc: (1) Chọn ngành; (2) Vị thế cạnh tranh, (3) Chiến lược

Nghiên cứu chiến lược của doanh nghiệp cung cấp: (Studying a firm’s strategy

Trong ñoù BVt laø giaù trò soå saùch cuûa coå phieáu vaøo thôøi ñieåm cuối kỳ thứ
t, RIt + n laø lôïi nhuaän coøn laïi trong kyø t + n, k laø laõi suaát söû duïng voán.
Lôïi nhuaän coøn laïi của kỳ thứ t laø phaàn coøn laïi cuûa lôïi nhuaän
