不合适的备件可能会损坏或者损毁零件。只能使用由我司供应的备件或原
装备件。
Unsuitable spare parts can damage or destroy components. Only use the
spare parts supplied by Bodor or original spare parts.

工作性质：外观保养

Nature of work: Appearance Maintenance

间隔：8 小时一次
Time interval:
every 8h 工具/材
料：无尘布等
Tools or materials: dust-free cloth ect
工作内容：检查水、电、气连接的接口和电缆接口、激光头的固定情况、喷嘴、陶瓷体的
连接是否牢固，喷嘴和陶瓷体之间不能留有间隙；
Job description: Check that the media and cable connections, the head fixing, the
ceramic part and the nozzle are connected firmly and do not have any gap.

工作性质：检查气密性
Nature of work: Checking pressure tightness
间隔：8 小时一次

料：操作检查
Tools or materials: Operation check
工作内容：检查激光头的渗漏情况，如有必要，可对垫圈和密封垫（易损部件）进行更换；。
Check the leakage，If necessary, the gaskets and seals (wearing parts) must be
replaced.
如果经过上述操作后仍无法保证激光头的气密性，用户必须将激光头送至制造
商处进行检查。
If tightness cannot be achieved by doing this, the laser head must be checked by the
manufacturer.

工作内容：确保激光头无漏水位置。

工作内容：红光均匀无黑点

料：透明胶带
Tools or materials: Scotch tape
工作内容：在生产前，使用透明胶带检查光心位于喷嘴正中间
Job description: Before production, use scotch tape to check that the optical center is
in the middle of the nozzle

工作性质：下保护镜更换
Nature of work: change the lower protective lens
间隔：镜片损坏时
Time interval: when the lens burned
工具/材料：新的保护镜片
Tools or materials: new protective lens
工作内容：1、拆装镜片时必须清洁双手，最好带上防尘手套或指套。2、拆卸保护镜座前
请将保护镜周围用沾有酒精的无尘布擦拭干净。3、在取🎧保护镜座后，立刻使用干净的
纸胶带，将保护镜插入口密封好。4、取下保护镜压圈，取🎧旧镜片。5、捏住新镜片（不分
正反） 的边缘将镜片安装到抽屉式镜座里，装回保护镜压圈。6、揭开纸胶带，将保护镜
座插回激光头，锁紧螺母。
Job description: 1.the lens must clean hands, preferably with dust gloves or finger
cover. 2.Before removing the protective lens holder, wipe the area around the protective
lens with a dust-free cloth moistened with alcohol. 3.After removing the protective lens
holder, immediately use clean paper tape to seal the protective lens insertion port.
4.Remove the protective lens pressure ring and take out the old lens. 5.Pinch the edge
of the new lens (regardless of front and back), install the lens into the drawer-type lens
holder, and replace the protective lens pressure ring. 6.Remove the paper tape, insert
the protective lens holder back into the laser head, and tighten the nut.
注
意：
1: 请注意接口尺寸以及媒质接口处允许的最大压强值（切割气，冷却气，保护气，正
压气和水冷回路）。
Please note the connection dimensions and the permitted maximum pressure load on the
media connections (cutting gas, cooling gas, protective gas and water cooling circuit).
2：激光头上有防拆标签，标签破损即表示该激光头无法再进行质保，所以日常维护时需要注意不要
损坏防拆标签。
There is a tamper-evident label on the laser head. If the label is damaged, it means that the
laser head can no longer be guaranteed. Therefore, care should be taken not to damage the
tamper-evident label during daily maintenance.
3:日常使用中，只有下保护镜允许客户自主更换，其他镜片需要我司专业人员进行更换。
In daily use, only the lower protective lens can be replaced by the customer, and other lenses
need to be replaced by our professionals.

不同激光头使用的易损件不同，请根据您的设备序列号咨询我司售后人员购买原厂备件。
The wearing parts used by different laser heads are different, please consult our after-sales
personnel to purchase original spare parts according to your equipment serial number.
