Re: Second Half Supplier Evaluations: July to December 2022

Included is your 2nd half performance evaluation as completed by various Newmar department
personnel. We appreciate your commitment to Newmar and our commitment to you is to
provide feedback that is intended to be an accurate reflection of your performance.
The breakdown is as follows: Category I (Quality) maximum point value is 24, Category II
(Deliveries) maximum point value is 33, Category III (Personnel) maximum point value is 24,
Category IV (Product Development) maximum point value is 36, Category V (Design Support)
maximum point value is 24, Category VI (Warranty) maximum point value is 24, Category VII
(Parts) maximum point value is 12, and Category VIII (Quality Control) maximum point value is
12.
Categories I, II and III were scored by the Purchasing Agent whose name appears at the top of
the evaluation. Category IV was scored by Engineering (Jim Ely), Category V was scored by
Interior Design (Kim Moore), Category VI was scored by Consumer Affairs (Jordan Fuller),
Category VII was scored by Aftermarket Parts (Derek Guard), and Category VIII was scored by
Quality Control (Brad Troxel). Please note that on Categories IV, V, and VI the Not Applicable
option (N/A) was available as a scoring option, which gives suppliers the highest number of
points available in that particular category.
