 Introduction

The Problem of unemployment is Widespread. It is

indeed common to all the countries of the world whether
they are industrially advanced not. An international labour
expert thus commended (in sep 1992) “About 400 million
new workers are expected to enter the world’s labour force
the decade and prospects of finding job for all of them are
gloomy. Our education system is not much job-oriented. It is
degree oriented.
The main cause of unemployment In many
countries is competition in the labour market. As there are
few employment opportunities. This Leads to a situation
where for every available opportunity, there are more than
one qualified individuals. This means that when one gets
employment others will lack employment.
Unemployment causes social and economic effects
which turn out to be a problem. The poverty index among
the unemployed is high since these individuals do not have
Source of income. In the place of unemployment is on the
rise of robberies, gambling, bribery This is a reason why
unemployment contributes to social insecurities,
unemployment increases malnutrition, illness, stress, loss of
self esteem, leading to depression, workers can lose their
skill.
 Objectives

 To providing job opportunities for youth through

skill training.

 To development of business, agriculture, fisheries

sector and infrastructural development.

 Address the issue of youth unemployment through

entrepreneurship training.

 Raise the status of self employment and work to

integrate entrepreneurship in the school
curriculum.
 Problem Statement

Unemployment is a major issue in India, rooted deep in the

country. The current unemployment rate is 7.8%.
Unemployment problem arise due to decrease the labour
demand in market. The cause of unemployment is
competition in labour market.
Cause of unemployment :
 High growth rate of population
 Slow rise in employment opportunities
 Low rate of savings and investment
 Lack of vocational education
 Slow progress of economic development

Time period of project

The time period for a project is depends on the activities &

requirement. The period of the project is overall 12 months.
 Project Activities

Activity No : 1
Title : survey to identify the area are maximum
Unemployment
Process : To decide the area of unemployment to organise
the other activity. To understand the knowledge about
project. To get more information about the Project.

Activity No : 2
Title : To organise the seminar of young entrepreneurs.
Process : It helps to the young who want to start his own
business. In that activity they get the idea about the how to
start a business. These type of guest lectures youth inspired
by their stories
Activity No : 3
Title : Exhibition of business innovative ideas.
Process : It will be the change the thinking power of youths.
They motivate by this type of activity. We are arranging the
exhibition of business innovative ideas . It will change the
mind set of the young generation.

Title : workshop of small business
Process : To get the more knowledge about small business.
We are organise small workshop for getting more innovation.
It gives knowledge about business ideas. This will provide
new employment opportunities.

Activity No : 5
Title : Training session ( etiquette, communication)
Process : Etiquette helps to know how to treat others
respectfully and appropriately in any context. In this training
session we train to youth how dress wear properly, how to
say thank, handshake, listen before speaking , maintaining
eye contact. It understands how to make effective
introduction enhanced social skill. Positive impression.
 Budget

The budget to implement the project includes

expenses like assessment expense, manpower expense
& material expenses. It is shown in the following table.

 Outcome

The Project will provide details about the Unemployment.

This project will have following significant outcomes.

 Young generation get exposure about small

business ideas

 Youth get the knowledge about job and

business.

 It makes a social and economical change in

community.

 After the COVID pandemic youth are realize

job is not secure for lifetime.
 Evaluation / Conclusion

This project has shown the different issues

around unemployment, especially for young people. It has
also shown the value of non-formal education in preparing
young people for the labour market and role that youth
organisations can play and can hopefully be an inspiration for
more ideas in this field.
In my opinion, young people should be
properly integrated in the labor market, so that the negative
consequences of youth unemployment are reduced as much
as possible. I believe that employers can adopt different
measures for this serious issue: provide carrer guidance to
youth and participate in information systems and programs,
engage with training-to-employment programs for youth,
engage with apprenticeship and experience programs,
commit to hiring, training and metoring young people.
As a forecast future evolution for youth
unemployment, youth organisations should continue with
their activity, because they have done fantastic work in trying
to push youth unemployment up the political agenda and
help young people practically.
