We, the undersigned, Live Oak Trading Company, LLC hereby declare and confirm that we are ready, willing, and able
to enter into a sales purchase agreement on behalf of our client to purchase a quantity of a minimum of 200 Million
boxes of Nitrile Exam Gloves, at the offered price of $16.00 per box of 200ct Cramberry crave 3m Gloves.

Terms of Sale & SOP specified herein establish the conditions of the transaction, subject to the execution of a definitive
sales purchase agreement. This LOI will be interpreted according to the laws of Texas, USA.

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP):

• NCNDA executed by all parties.
• Buyer/Buyers Agent to provide LOI. Seller to provide Proof of Life.
• Buyer, Seller, Attorney call to discuss terms of sale, POF, etc.
• Commission Fee Schedule executed by all parties.
• Seller to provide LOA attesting to product being authentic, and BOL for shipment.
• Seller provides SGS Report on the ground in USA & onsite inspection.
• Buyer issues Wire Transfer payment to Sellers attorney.
• Sellers Attorney to wire funds to seller and all intermediaries upon receipt of funds from
Buyer.
