10 POWERFUL DUAS FROM THE

QUR'AN & SUNNAH

Thank you for downloading this free Du'a sheet, may Allah (swt) bless you! This Du'a list accompanies the
blog post entitled "One Super Easy Way to Immediately Improve Your Salah" in which we encourage you to
learn some extra Du'as & Dhikr to add into your Salah to increase its value and attain more rewards.

Below are a list of 10 powerful Du'as from the Qur'an and Sunnah (plus a bonus Du'a at the end). It is
recommended to learn both the Arabic and the translation for maximum Khushoo (tranquility) during
Salah.

Although these Du'as can be recited at any time in which we invoke Allah, in the blog post we recommend
adding these Du'as during the last sitting of the prayer (tashahhud). After reciting the tashahhud
(attahiyaat) and reciting Durood upon the Prophet (pbuh), you may select one or more of the Du'as below
to recite before performing the taslim to end the prayer. Remember, these Du'as as not exclusively for this
time only, but may be recited during many other occasions too.

There are also many more Du'as that can be recited during this portion of the prayer, however we have
selected only a few of our favourites to help you get started with memorising.

Du'a 1

Rabbanā ātinā fid-dunyā hasanatan wa fil 'ākhirati hasanatan waqinā 'adhāban-nār

"Our Lord! Grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and save us from
the chastisement of the Fire" [2:201]

This tremendous Du'a was known to be regularly recited by the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

Many of the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) had their own opinions of what "good" in this
world referred to, however a common opinion was that this Du'a is one that is all-encompassing and should
be recited regularly.
