Phase 1

Do a market research and Gather information from competitor, research, universities, evaluating
markets and other sources in Sri Lankan society and identify the products that helps to increase the
immunity system of the people for example there is samahan, ginger tea, green tea .

Come up with a new idea of bottle coconut water (Kurumbas)

Phase 2

Do a feasibility study whether that product have a actual effect on the people immunity system, how
the society will take up with this new concept. And how will that product will achieve a goal in the
company, how the resources can be gain in order to produce this new product

Phase 3

Carry out a product launch in the Colombo area and gather the society idea to this new product.
