Professional Experience:
Responsible for providing world class Account Management, Corporate Strategy, Implementation,
and Sales Renewal services for the Northeast Region. Provided service and support for several multi-
million dollar accounts concurrently. This involves a strong emphasis on driving growth, value, and
relationship building for customers with various needs and goals year to year.
Responsible for the support, methodology, and implementation services of the ERP EnerGov team.
Provide support and management services to a dedicated team of 7 Project Managers and their
assigned Implementation Consultants that are responsible for implementations across the nation.
Focuses on the delivery of expert services to build client references, world-class implementations
experience, utilization goals, and the consistent pursuit of growth and success for our team.
⦁ Team Development - Lead the development and success of our team over the past
three years resulting in unprecedented growth. The team has more than tripled in size
over the past few years.
⦁ Project Planning — Aided in the creation of a modem project plan structure from the
ground up customized to deliver excellent service focused on client success post live.
⦁ Implementation Methodology — Helped architect an extremely successful implementation
methodology devoted to ensuring successful clients have everything they need to go live
and the ability to grow with the product for years to come.
Responsible for managing the implementation of EnerGov clients across the nation while
supporting assigned implementation consultants that report to me. This includes project
plan creation, personnel management, IC development and support, client relations, and
risk management.

⦁ Earned PMP certification.
⦁ Implementation Success — Provided PM services for several large and small clients alike,
leading to successful go-lives and referenceable clients. This experience aided me in
giving back to the team via training sessions, toolsets, and documentation.
⦁ Training Support — Served as a pillar of knowledge for PMs and ICs alike within the
team to help develop the next generation. This helped to ensure the experience curve
and onboarding process became more efficient, faster, and stronger with each training
class.
Education
PMP, MS Project, Microsoft Word, SQL. Excel, Access, Power Point, Mac OSX, Matlab, and
Rudimentary Java.
