This document evaluates the usability of a proposed online bus reservation system with demand forecasting. It summarizes the results of evaluations in three areas: usefulness, satisfaction, and ease of use. For each area, respondents rated various indicators on a scale of 1 to 5. Across all areas, the system received weighted average ratings above 4.5, indicating it was highly usable. The overall usability rating was 4.67, also in the highly usable range. The system effectively met users' needs for managing reservations, viewing transactions, and forecasting demand to increase profits.

This evaluation shows how useful the developed system in terms
reserving and choosing of bus and seats online.
Satisfaction of the Proposed System. This characteristic
refers to the set of indicators that refers to the reliability
and fulfillment of expectation or need of the respective
respondents to develop system. The respondent’s satisfaction
to the developed system shows a positive and clearly shows the
high level of satisfaction of the study.

developed system. To measure the efficiency of the system, the
respondent’s response was included.
