We, TITA MONANG and TANYA M. ATIW, both of legal age, Filipino citizens with
residences and postal addresses at Balesbes, Ligay, Camp 1, Tuba, Benguet, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That we are among the children of the late TONY MONANG who died on February
21, 2015;

2. That during the wake and until he was buried at Balesbes, Ligay, Camp 1, Tuba,
Benguet, we and our other siblings spent the sum of FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED TWENTY SIX PESOS (Php.55, 326 .00) which are hereto
breakdown in the following manner:
