D. EXPECTED OUTCOME, The target beneficiaries of this program are the JHS and
BENEFICIARIES, AND IMPACT SHS learners, teachers, and stakeholders of Bula District.
This may help them understand the benefits of taking
care of the environment and togetherness so that the
chaotic Earth will minimize the burden caused by climate
change. Thus, practicing this kind of activity can improve
their pro-environmental behaviors that can influence
others within their community and even outside of their
locality.

G. Persons Involved/ Working The persons involved in this project are the students,
Committees teachers, and other stakeholders of the secondary schools
of Bula District.
The project will be conducted on April 22-29, 2023 in
all secondary schools in Bula simultaneously. Activities
are face-to-face, following the IATF Heath Protocols and
required a parent consent from the volunteered
participants to ensure the safety of all the persons
involved
The proponents, Science and YES-O Officers, and all
the Science teachers are the facilitators of the activity per
school. While the YES-O Adviser will be assigning as the
over-all committee per events to assist, facilitate, and get
the result per school.
H. REPORTING AND
EVALUATION At the end of the activity, outputs and reports will be
submitted to the principal for assessment of the project
and signing of the accomplishment report. To wit,

The proponent, facilitators, and participants will be
given certificates as a symbol of recognizing their
contributions to the implementation of this activity.
I.SUSTAINABILITY PLAN
The Project USAD shall be adopted every National
Earth month celebration in all schools in Bula District for
the mitigation of climate change through unity despite
human diversity. This will enable develop the
environmental sustainability and development project and
will continue in the Bula community.

1. This is open to all students in JHS and SHS in Bula, Camarines Sur.
2. There will be only one pair of entry per grade level comprising 1 Male and 1
Female.
3. The contestant will submit a photo wearing the Environmental Attire that
will be uploaded in the FB page of YES-O Club for the selection of the
Popularity Award in each level, Candidates will not be wearing face mask
and face shield in their photos, however, health and safety protocols must be
observed during the photoshoot. Deadline of the submission will be on April
24, 2023.
4. Most Creative Environmental Attire will be determined through:

SCI-LIKHAWITAN
This is open to all enrolled Junior high school and Senior High School
students for SY 2022-2023.
Can be an individual, a pair or a group of three (3) members. Collaboration
of the participants may be done remotely such as but not limited to
online meetings, email messaging and all available online collaboration
platforms.
The contest is divided into two (2) categories, (a)Junior High School and
(b)Senior High School.
The contestant will compose or write a song related to the theme
“Solidarity with Science for environmental sustainability and
development”
The lyrics must be an original composition and must not have been used as
entry in any song competitions.
The content of the music must be lively, appealing, creative and must
highlight the theme.
Any musical instrument can be used as accompaniment at the composer’s
discretion.
Languages such as tagalog, bikol or english can be the medium used at the
composer’s discretion.
The contestant shall submit a hard copy of the lyrics and must be given to
the judges during the presentation.
The entry must be performed during the culminating activity on April 25,
2023.
SCI-LIKHAWITAN CRITERIA
1. There shall be two categories Junior High School and Senior High School
level.
2. Each category shall have a team composed of 3 members who can come up
with five to seven (5-7) minute magic/trick presentation involving the

concepts in any science discipline (General Science, Biology, Chemistry,
Physics and Earth and Space.
3. A brief explanation of related Science concepts/ principles demonstrated and
time for the entrance and exit are included in the 7-minute presentation.
4. A deduction of two (2) points from the total score obtained by the team for
every minute extension will be strictly enforced.
5. The decision of the board of judges is final and irrevocable.
6. Top 3 winners will be awarded during the culminating activity.
