Region IV-A & V Interface-Promote the ICD framework of VP Duterte key for improved
operations of the field.

- INTEGRITY- Intact, whole, harmony, with integrity and wholeness or completeness


as consistency and coherence of principles and values.
- Article II section I of the Phil. Constitution states that public office as a public trust.
Public offices and employees must at all times accountable.
- Part time teachers in community colleges should not be allowed to teachers
especially if it hampers the teaching and learning in the school. Ask permit from the
division if they will do the part time teaching or else, let them choose.
- Integrity –is the faithful and consistent application of generally accepted public
values and norms in the daily practice of public sector institution. The proper useof
power, authorities, assets, resources, and funds accordingly to the official purposes
for which they are intended, with the end for which they are promoting the welfare
of the people.
- National travels should be approved by the division office not the OIC.
- Refrain from re-aligning funds in the MOOE
- Distribute loads equally
- Have in school the MATATAG Tarpaulin in the school. (new battlefield in education)

STEPS IN INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT PLAN


A. Setting up an integrity management committee
B. Conducting Integrity Assessment
1. Identify critical systems in the institution
2. Conduct system review at the division office level
3. Convene an Integrity assessment workshop
4. Complete the corruption Risk Register for priority areas
5. Determine the relevant dimension for corruption risks and develop
integrity measures based on the dimension standards to address the
residual risks
6. Draft an Integrity assessment Report
C. Draft an Integrity Management Plan (Including Framework And
Measures)
A competent person is defined as a person who is appointed or
designated by the employer to perform specified duties based on
knowledge, training and experience.

DepEd should adopt four classes of competencies:

1. Core behavioral competencies (cut across the organization)


2. Leadership competencies (design for managerial positions)
3. Staff Core Skills (intended for staff and teaching related personnel)
4. Teaching Competencies (are competencies related for teachers.

2022-2023- Review of Organizational Structure
- Preparation of the rightsizing

-Reiteration of Deped order no. 1 s. 2023- Executive officials


-Deped should be free from any partisan activities
-Practice the highest form of professionalism
-Grant of vacation service credit to teachers (DepEd order no. 53 s. 2003)
-Payment of overtime Services (CSC-DBM JC2s. 2015)

Decentralization aims to widen decision making while increasing accountability and


responsibility.
