    JOURNAL REVIEW: CONSTITUENTS OF THE EXPORT SALES CONTRACT

    1. Look for a law cases involving export and import sales law contract
    between national and international concept.
    2. Consider professional sources and periodicals and other electronic
    sources.
    3. Should be 2020 to present
    4. Minimum of 5 pages, 1.5 spacing, Tahoma 12 font size
    5. Format:
    • Title Page (APA Format)
    • Part I: Summary of the law case (20 points)
    • Part II: Review Proper ( do a comprehensive critique of the article,
    support your claims with other works or author, if possible) (40
    points).
    • Part III: Application: (How the article can be applied to
    professional practice, specially in the field of Business
    Management) (40 points)

    Task for November 20, 2022 to be submitted until November 27, 2022
