    SUBJECT: PLAN FOR EXPANSION

    I would like to refer to the above matter about the plan for expansion of this company. The
    Management Meeting held last Thursday, was referred and it has been agreed that the
    Marketing and Sales Department will need to be enlarged for the recruitment of new staff.
    For this purpose, I should be grateful if you would let me have the best information you can
    obtain for the following:

    1. Available Staff. We need intelligent and adaptable clerical, accounting and


    secretarial staff. Can we recruit them at current rates?
    2. Office Rents. This should cover both old and new property in the inner city and office
    blocks.
    3. Housing. We have to relocate a number of staff from Head Office. Can they find
    houses at reasonable prices?

    The information above should be submitted to me, by the end of this month for further action
    to be taken. Your prompt reply is appreciated.
