A. Drop-off area. Provided for commuter clients accessible by any form of public
transportation.
B. Parking (including PWD parking, motorcycle parking and bike racks)
C. Reception and Lobby Area. It shall have an open space and waiting area for five
(5) seats adequate for visitors.
D. Administration Office. Exclusive office for staff of five (5): manager, asst.
manager, secretary, and clerical staff complete with printers, scanner, and
photocopier. Must provide exclusive toilet.
E. One large coworking space. Shared workstation where one can operate from an
allocated desk space or workstation. Accessible to printers, scanner, and
photocopier.
F. Private office- for short- or long-term rent for 6-8 pax.
G. Pantry. Provision of water, free-flowing coffee, water dispenser, snacks available
for purchase, microwave oven and other items the student may deem necessary
based on research.
H. Huddle Room. Enclosed small meeting room for 6-8 pax equipped with audio
and video capabilities. Must include writing wall.
I. Locker Area. Should be located at the common area. It should cover the
maximum occupancy of the coworking space.
J. Lounge Area. This area will be used as a resting place for clients. This room will
have recliners seats or similar furniture. Consider that the client may opt to work
in couch as well.
K. Destressing Area- includes game consoles, board games, selective gym
equipment, movie projector and other items the student may deem necessary
based on research.
L. Common Toilet (including PWD Toilet; Shower Area is optional)
M. Coffee shop. Consider furniture setup for solo and group. The space opens to
both client and non-client of the coworking space. This should be cozy and pet
friendly.
N. Smoking Room.
O. Utilities (electrical room, genset room, water tank location, CCTV room)
