A. SUMMARY OF WHAT YOU ACCOMPLISH/LEARN IN OUR SUBJECT THIS

MONTH

My safety and prevention report & recommendation for Bendal rented

residence has been the focus of this month of May in this subject. I started

taking pictures last first week of May to add and ponder which part in our

house needs action and recommendations. I also take further street viewing of

the location of our house in google map to accurately create a best view in our

vicinity part.

B. PROOF OF ATTENDANCE

WEEK 1: (May 2-7)

Continuation of working the project 2 for BOSH and I was in the process

of incorporating pictures to the papers. Our subject professor announced in

group chat in messenger that we would be having a quick meeting

(synchronous) for evaluation purposes.

WEEK 2: (May 9 -10)

Still continuation of working the project 2 for BOSH. Waiting for the

quick meeting that was reminded us by our subject professor last Friday.
