Write a case study on Cluster Analysis, Analyse and Interpret the data
PROBLEM
Panasonic wants to know various features and services the consumers perceive when
purchasing through Catalogues. The purpose is to determine how the various features of
catalogue marketing go together in terms of its convenience features, risk-reducing features,
and so on.10 statements are made in order to measure the variables of perception. The 10
statements are given below.
The respondents must agree or disagree (1 = strongly agree, 2 = agree, 3 = neither agree nor
disagree, 4 = disagree, 5 = strongly disagree) with each statement.
