Task 1

1.1 Explain why the ministry of health needs to form a team to manage this
project and what principles the team would employ to manage the project.

Every year, the Hajj is one of the most sacred rituals. Event planning is a
difficult task, and it will be even more difficult during Covid 19. Organizing Hajj
in the midst of a pandemic necessitates impeccable management abilities.
Approximately 10 million people will travel from all over the world to take
part in the pilgrimage in normal times.
In the field of health care, project management is essentially a command and
control operation that improves medical equipment. In order to keep a
medical institution running effectively, a team is essential. This will assist the
team in completing the task, as controlling and managing the project on one's
own is difficult. Given that Covid 19 is still on the run, there are numerous
requirements and demands that must be addressed.
The following principles would apply to this project

• Equal distribution of roles and responsibilities
• Effective risk management
• Communication and leadership

1.2 Make a list of the steps to follow to ensure the success of this project

The basic steps to have a successive project are:

• Initiation
• Planning
• Executing
 • Monitoring
• Closing

1.3 Prioritize and explain three points, from your list, in detail.

Our primary goal is to avoid a pandemic. The team must take the initiative and
make sure that all members are informed of the Covid precautions. Every
team member must be immunized and have PCR tests performed. Second, the
team must prepare the rules and regulations for the participants to follow in
order to discipline the community. Only online permits must be used to
authorize all access. To accomplish this, the PM must ensure that all
submissions are made available, and specific apps must be developed to do
so. The staff must also keep an eye on and manage the participants, advising
them to maintain social distance.

TASK 2:

2.1 Identify the most appropriate organizational structure and roles and
responsibilities of participants within the Covid 19 Hajj Project

• Participants must be immunized.

They must adhere to the team's rules and regulations, which include
• : Keeping a safe social distance Masks must be worn at all times Coughs
and sneezes are covered.
These are a few of the variables that participants can follow in order to
prevent illness transmission or at the very least lower the risk of disease
transmission.

2.2 Evaluate the project leadership requirements and recommend the

qualities that the person heading the project must-have.

• The leader should have a humble mentality

• Delegation of work must be effective
• Have a very strong mindset
• The leader could also have an honest approach and exhibit integrity
 • Have a very good team building attitude.

TASK 3

3.1 Describe how you would deal with changes in the project; for example,
dealing with diplomatic issues, and changes in the distribution of vaccines.

Being able to manage change can assist in overcoming resistance. I'd make it a
point to learn everything there is to know about the changes. Make use of the
changes in tool management, as well as the ability to report on the implications
on scheduling, expense, and so on in order to make key decisions.

3.2 Explain how you will prepare, or plan, for unforeseen events. Recommend
ways of ensuring the success of the project.

Many things appear to be out of our control, thus planning and preparation are
critical. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to this. However, having multiple
communities to share ideas with will be really beneficial. The safety of everyone is
our number one priority. As a result, the team should be ready to deal with any
crisis situation that the community/members may encounter. In addition, the
crew can transport all necessary equipment and safety procedures in the event of
an emergency. We can also be prepared by regularly sanitizing the area.
