THE ABOVE MENTIONED ADDRESS

Hope all is well.

Please find below our detail quotation for your ease of reference. Please note that
the quotation subjected to your approval and it is negotiable:-

No SCOPE OF WORK AND DETAILS COST (RM)

1. Construction and commissioning of an
access road i.e 150meters. The
parameters of the works are as follows :-
1. Case JCB to for works i.e clearing RM4,800.00
of land, preparing the road
structure, prep drainage and laying
the road materials
2. Compactor giling (manual). 3 days. RM750.00
3. Top soil to level entrance area – 4 RM2,500.00
loads (10 tire lorry)
4. Crusher run for bedding material – RM5,000.00
5 loads (10 tire lorry)
5. Cement waste as main road RM9,000.00
materials – 10 loads. Expected road
thickness upon completion 2.5inch
to 4 inch.
6. Kayu Bakau for hillside retention RM1,000.00
purposes. Around 20/30 feet by the
proposed road, where necessary.
7. Labour charges. 6 days for 3 RM2,700.00
workers.
 8. Consultation and management fees RM2,000.00
GRAND TOTAL RM27,750.00

Note:-
*The above quotation is also inclusive of an area 40ft x 40ft at the main entrance,
for maneuvering and also additional parking space.

** The above quotation is negotiable.

*** Estimated project time till completion is 2 weeks.

**** 10% deposit upon confirmation.

***** Commencement / mobilization is immediate as we are ready to start work.
