QUOTATION FOR EARTHWORKS AND LAND CLEARING AT YOUR RETENTION POND

SITE

Hope all is well.

We were invited for a meeting with your goodselves on to perform a site visit of
your facility at the above mention location.

En. Kudin requested a quotation from our side for the land clearing works. Please
find our quotation as follows :-

No SCOPE OF WORK COST / DAY(RM)

1. Land clearing work – 10 days RM1,100.00
2. Return loader – one off. RM1,000.00

Note:-

**Claims will be on completed works, every two days.

# Deposit of RM2,100.00 is required pre commencement of works.

^^ Lead time of 10 days is required, upon confirmation of work. To prepare all

necessary machinery.

We proposed for the above mention works, we will proceed with our excavator i.e
Hitachi EX200 excavator.
