service as well as Internet Telephony Service. We deliver our services using
our own infrastructure, which ensures that there is no compromise in the
quality of service rendered. Our sole business is telecom and this ensures
that the customers gets the best attention 24/7.

The above commercials are exclusive of GST.

Payment terms :
• 100% of One Time cost (OTC) payable in advance.
• Annual recurring charges (ARC) to be paid quarterly in advance from the date of
handover of respective site/location.
• Project contract period is for 5 years.
SLA
 SLA of 99% to 99.5 % for all locations
 Calculation of downtime will be started from the time of TT (trouble ticket) is
logged into the Pulse ticketing system.

SLA is not applicable for the following reasons.

 Force Majeure conditions, act of God, natural calamities and epidemic.
 Planned activity from Pulse end.
 Power or any other application that falls under the scope of the MSI and
Downtime or any loss caused due to theft, power / power fluctuation, physical
damage of hardware, water seepage etc;
 If there is any dependency on 3rd party which is not under the scope of Pulse
Other Terms and Conditions
 UPS power, space and earthing must be provided by MSI to Pulse to deliver
services in all the locations. If electrician is required at site, it must be arranged by
the MSI.
 Responsibility for safety falls under the scope of the MSI
 Permissions to route fiber at site should be organized by MSI.
 Permission if any should be obtained by MSI for installation of tower and devices
at the required places.

REQUIREMENTS

 There are Total 1750 CCTV Hub Locations.

Control Centre 1 Location
 750 Hub Locations contains Type A CCTV Cameras.
JCP Office 6 Locations
 Each Type A Hub Location needs a Connectivity with DCP Office 16 Locations
MPLS Technology.
Cyber Forensic 1 Location
 Each Hub Location require MPLS Bandwidth of
12Mbps.

customized reporting structure with recording of calls for QC and QA purpose along with SMS alert

Tamilnadu Newsprint and Papers Limited: Internet leased with 100% uptime from date of service
inception. AGM of 2019-2020 was conducted through VC installed through our internet leased line.

Tamilnadu Highways Department: Pulse Video calling solution for internal communication and
discussion with TNHD employees across the state

Tamilnadu Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited (TCMPF): A unified platform for
grievance readdressal for vendors, farmers, distributors and public to address queries/concerns
regarding AAVIN products with end to end reporting with SMS alert upon closure of complaint
Tamilnadu Road Development company: Internet, point to point connectivity with CCTV for
monitoring toll plazas

IT Expressway Limited: Internet, point to point connectivity with CCTV for monitoring toll plazas

Tamilnadu Fibrenet corporation Limited: Dedicated internet access for official communication.

Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kanchipuram: Dedicated

internet access with 200mbps (1:1) on RF lastmile. Contract has been renewed for the second year
because of 100% uptime and service levels.

National Institute of Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities

(Divyangjan): Dedicated internet access with 500 user firewall integrated with customer LAN

Tamilnadu Trade Promotion organization: dedicated internet leased line, Wifi, LAN CCTV, Global
Investors Meet (2018 and 2019) covered exclusively through our network solutions.
Tamilnadu Physical education and Sports University: Dedicated internet access for official
communication.

Tamilnadu State agricultural marketing board: Dedicated internet access for official
