    Dear sir,
    I am a new joinee in the dept. of ENTC of the company. I humbly wish to
    bring to your notice the grave problems we are facing since our joining
    It has been a month for my joining and I am working on a client project. It is
    a matter of concern for me as my manager (Mr.xyz) has been one of the ruddest
    people. I have ever met I wish two other people are working on this project but
    he has been badly scolding us for deloyed work and insists that we should work
    till midnight
    We three complete our work during office hours and leave the office at
    6:30 pm but he is adamant that we leave the work incomplete and go home
    He never bothers to check the project and guides us. I think if this continues for a
    long time we three would like to switch teams or projects or just leave the
    company if no solution is found
    Kindly look into the matter and late us know if you could help us
