Good day!

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to submit to you our proposal for 20 footer from Bacolod Kabankalan
going to Manila PCPPI Plants via Batangas. See Below rates proposal for your kind perusal.
Notes:
1. Rates are subject to 12% VAT.
2. Rates are exclusive of special handling fee or incidental costs like mano, vehicle pass, and parking fees.

3. Additional valuation charge of 2% in excess of the maximum liability coverage value per truck type.

4. Rates applicable for ground floor door pick up and delivery only, deliveries or pick up to or from 2nd floor
level and up shall be charged additional Php 500 per mano needed.

5. Rates are subject to any government mandatory increases, effectivity of the new rates applies one month
after the submission of the adjusted rates.
6. Maximum weight per item is 50 kilos, any excess shall be charged additional handling fee of Php 500.00
for manpower
7. Additional handling fee for shipment above 500 kilos per 1 cubic meter load or amount predetermined on
special equipment needed whichever is higher.
8. Pick up date is considered day zero (0)
9. Leadtime: 1 day for NCR; outside NCR and inter-island delivery dispatch the following day delivery and
depends on actual destination .
10. Fuel base rate is Php 52.00 per liter.
11. Additional Php 450.00 in every excess drops (within the City)

12. Additional mano is chargeable to client.
