Sustainability Into Your Projects

 Why is sustainability essential in a project?
Over the years we have seen how different projects are generated
in our society, in order to create innovative solutions through

technical and operational processes such as ESG (Environmental,

Social and Governance). Companies, employees, shareholders and

the community use this concept to embrace new opportunities and

improve skills within the development and management of a

project. This is how cost, schedule and scope criteria are

complemented to drive positive change and increase project

performance. It should be clarified that, within these processes, we

must take into account the value chain which manages to examine

and divide the work team into strategic activities in order to

generate an effective, efficient and effective process.
