    I believe that arnis is a sport in which the dedication and focus of a player

    is needed when it comes to doing “anyo” in arnis. It is also great for self
    defense.

    I believe values is very important in this sport. Without values, players


    might not take this sport seriously. I admire the calmness of every arnis
    players I know.

    I believe that discipline is must not only in arnis but on all the sports that
    we know.

    I believe that this sport is originated in the Philippines. It is also somehow


    similar from the martial arts.

    I believe that this sport is great for our health, not only in our physical
    body but I believe it can also affect our minds.

    I believe that this can be a national sport of our country.

    I believe that arnis is also from our somehow similar from the martial arts.
