Improving Quality System - Contribution of Discipline QCS

To develop, improve and maintain consistent quality systems, below responsibilities need to be fulfilled
by each discipline Supervisor.

• Improving Communication
Any unacceptable observation required to be communicated on same day it happens (INCR, LBE,
RFI Rejection) All Supervisors already added in WhatsApp group *Zosco QCS*

• Monitoring Process
All Inspection activities as per approved ITPs need to be carried out, subsequent Client signed
SATR, SAIC required to be monitored & ensured by discipline Supervisor

• Proactive Notifications and Workers Trainings

Ensure Inspector’s Quality toolbox meetings are affective and relevant with upcoming / ongoing
rejected activities to deliver acceptable quality work

• Reporting deficiencies
Root cause analysis with evident failure reports, pictures, corrective actions with supporting
documents as QTBT , Training sessions, attendance sheets with Construction need to be updated within
03 days of reported violations

• Rejected Items
List of rejected materials should kept current and Supervisor should be award of related recent
development about the matter (share with Mr Imran DC every Saturday)

• Performance Evaluation
Inspector’s evaluation and quality contribution need to be recorded and reflect as INCRs,
Proactive, daily Surveillance rather than receiving Saudi Aramco LBE

• Saudi Aramco Liaison

Upon RFI rejection or receiving LBE, front line discussion and agreement with PID shall be made
by discipline Supervisor and update QAM and QCM accordingly

• Quality Deliverables Inputs

Weekly inputs (RFIs, INCR, LBE, PN, NDT Testing, Hydrotesting, Loop Testing) and monthly
Quality Management Report QMR Inputs need to be shared on continuous basis with our DC Mr Imran
Tashraf

• Continual Improvement and Trainings

Share training plans for inspector’s technical development related with ongoing activities
against each discipline.
