QUESTIONS
Behavioral-based Interview (BBI)
Used to assess how you handle specific employment related situations in your
previous jobs which will help them evaluate your future performance.
The difference between a behavior-based interview and a traditional job
interview is that your are asked to describe, in detail, how you have dealt with
certain situations in the task that is similar to the ones you will be encountering
in the role you are interviewing for.
SITUATIONAL INTERVIEW
Used to give the applicant the opportunity to display his / her
approach to a specific scenario and how you would handle it.
SUBJECT MATTER
EXPERT INTERVIEW
Direct, non-situational questions designed to see how
much you know about the field you’re working with.
JOB TRIAL INTERVIEW
Involves actual job task / trial period to be undertaken
by the applicant to showcase his / her skills.
CULTURE FIT INTERVIEW
Used to single out candidates whose values, beliefs and behavior fit
in the company’s culture.
