• Agenda Item #1: Introducing the Organization
Therefore, the organization shall make an official Facebook page c/o Marielle Y. Chuca.
Other members are encouraged to help in making future pub mats, captions and announcements,
as well as in power sharing of posts. A Facebook page is indeed an excellent way for the
organization to connect to its audience whilst promoting events, share information and help the
organization’s authority & reputation. This can also serve as an open communication channel for
the audience to respond back or ask questions. Thus, this will also serve as a platform in
showcasing the talent of all members.

As part of the meeting, the leader has set a minimum size of canvas of at least 24 x 24

symbolizes or represents Tanauan. It may be a painting of clay pots or ‘daba’, or with someone
molding it, a pedicab driver in the streets of Tanauan, our local fishermen, farmers, or the Yolanda
commemoration structure in Calogocog, the churches, plaza- and still goes on the list.
