III. TOOLS AND ELEMENTS NEEDED

1. Barbeque grill - the main tool to cook food products.

2. Food containers - to protect food products from outside


influences and damage.
3. Tables - as a surface for working at, eating from,
or on which to place things.

4. Chairs - allowing the customers to sit while


waiting for their order.
5. Tong - to pick up charcoal or fix the grill.
6. Basting brush - used to apply the marinade, oil, or sauce.
7. Tray - carrying, holding, or displaying articles
of food.
8. Plate - like a waiting area for the customer's
order to keep everything under control.
9. Plastic gloves - protect food from contaminants that can
inadvertently permeate the food through
the skin, hands, and fingernails.

10. Apron - to keep the workers from getting spills


and stains on their clothes.
11. Food stall - to make everything look and feel proper.

IV. PROCEDURE
1. Clean all the ingredients properly.
2. Slice the meat, liver, and pork blood.
3. Combine all the marinade ingredients and mix them all together until well blended.
4. Marinate the chicken feet, chicken intestine, sliced meat, liver, and pork blood in each
bowl.
5. Fasten the marinated chicken feet, chicken intestine, sliced meat, liver, and pork
blood using bamboo skewers.
6. Heat up the grill.
7. Start to grill until thoroughly cooked.
8. Serve with spicy vinegar.

We have special cups that have a sticker with our business name, "Ikaw lang ang
bb-q." Since it's February, known as the "month of love," each customer must decide
whether to use the plastic cup with the sticker or the regular cup. If the person chose
the cup with a sticker, they must confess to their crush by giving him or her the cup
with the food they brought.

The cup with the sticker charges 2 pesos.
