    Dear Sir:

    Greetings!

    The undersigned is planning to develop/build a house in the certain land situated in


    Barangay Ambiong, La Trinidad Benguet described as: Lot No: 3-B-7-C, Block No:
    N/A, Plan No: PSD-CAR-028389, Portion of: Lot 3-B-7, Block: N/A PSD-CAR-027760
    (attached copy of Tax Declaration of real property).

    The area is classified as Agricultural as per Assessment of Real Property No: 2010-
    03-04-03719 under TCT No: 016-2020000583 (attached copy of TCT).

    The said lot was bought by the undersigned on March 15, 2023 (attached Deed of
    Absolute Sale) and on the process of transferring the title.

    That the undersigned respectfully request the reclassification of the lot from
    Agricultural to Residential prior processing the building permit.

    Your favourable accommodation of our request will be most appreciated. Thank you
