CIRCULAR
Sub: - Provision for accommodation for existing boarders (who pay the fees through
EMI) for a.y.2023-24
Ref: (i) R/Circular-794/2023-24 dated April 5, 2023 and its ADDENDUM dated
April 10, 2023

The university has notified the policy for existing boarders in the university hostels to
enable them to continue their accommodation in the university hostels for a.y.2023-24 by
paying half yearly fees as per the procedure listed in No.R/Circular-794/2023-24 dated
April 5, 2023.
Among these boarders, there are boarders who pay the stipulated tuition fees and hostel
fees through monthly installments (EMIs).
The university has decided to offer accommodation facilities to such students in the
following hostels for a.y.2023-24
(a) Azad Bhawan Hostel and Atal Bhawan- B Block Hostel for male boarders
(b) Shakuntala Bhawan- B Block and Sarojini Bhawan- C Block for female boarders
In order to enable such boarders who are desirous of continuing their stay in university
hostels for a.y.2023-24 in above stated hostels, such boarders are informed to pay
Rs.10,000/- for reserving their beds in university hostels at Central Student Section
located in the Central Administrative Block in the University before May 20, 2023. The
remaining charges towards hostel fees shall be paid by them through monthly
installments.

students
