Description:
Atmos Energy, one of the largest natural-gas-only distributors in the United States, needed a CRM
solution to help assimilate acquired utility assets and consolidate operations spread among 6 business
units. With over 3.2 million customers in 12 states, the company wanted a centralized system for
tracking contacts and accounts to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Atmos Energy needed to
replace a mixture of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access, as well as a homegrown application, with a
new solution.
Responsibilities:
• Created Custom objects, layouts, Developed apex class.
• Created the Validation Rules, Work flows.
• Developed various Custom Reports, Dashboards.
• Wrote SOQL and SOSL statements within custom controllers and extensions.
• Deployed various components using Eclipse IDE.
Description:
The South Indian Bank Ltd is One of the earliest banks in South India. The South Indian Bank came
into being during the Swadeshi movement. The establishment of the bank was the fulfillment of the
dreams of a group of enterprising men who joined together at Thrissur. This project was
implemented to automate the entire process of application lead generation, application conversion
and end to end operations of microfinance using SalesForce.com CRM module.
