1. Title: "Impacts of Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education in the Reading


Comprehension of Grade 3 Pupils in English Subject at Cabagan Science
Elementary School." 

Statement of the Problem:  


Multilingual education based on mother tongue empowers all learners to
fully take part in society. It fosters mutual understanding and respect for one
another and helps preserve the wealth of cultural and traditional heritage that is
embedded in every language around the world. However, there are challenges
faced by the teachers with regard to the implementation of MTB-MLE such as
difficulty in translation, lack of vocabulary, and sometimes cannot promote to learn
a foreign language like English.

Considering the mentioned purposes and challenges, this study targets to


determine the positive and negative impacts of MTB-MLE in the reading
comprehension in of Grade 3 pupils in English at Cabagan Science Elementary
School.

Specifically, it seeks to answer the following sub-problems: 


1. What factors of the implementation of MTB-MLE affect the reading
comprehension of Grade 3 pupils in English at Cabagan Science Elementary
School.
2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of MTB-MLE in connection to the
reading comprehension of Grade 3 pupils in English at Cabagan Science
Elementary School?
3. Which among the positive and negative impacts gets a higher percentage based
on the performance of Grade 3 pupils at Cabagan Science Elementary School.
 
 
 
 
 
 
2. Title: "Pupil’s Attitude and Behavior in Learning English Subject in a Blended
Modality at Cabagan Science Elementary School" 
 

Pupil’s Attitude towards Learning English in a Blended Modality

Statement of the Problem


This study aims to determine the attitude of Grade 3 pupils towards learning
English in a blended modality. Specifically, it seeks to answer the following:

1. What is the profile of the participants in terms of:


1.1 parents’ highest educational attainment;
1.2 parents’/significant people’s support; (choices: with p
arents’/sp’s assistance; without )
1.3 number of gadgets used; (Questionnaire should include
choices 1,2, 3 and identify the gadgets)
1.4 internet connectivity (choices: poor, moderate, fast)

2. What is the participants’ attitude toward towards learning English in a


blended modality?
3. Is there a significant difference in the participants’ attitude towards learning
English in a blended modality when grouped according to profile variables?
4. What are the challenges encountered by the participants in learning English
using the blended modality?
5. What plan of action can be proposed to enhance the learning of English
using the blended modality?

Note: Look for a very good questionnaire for your study. You may just
modify according to the nature of your topic. When you find one, modify and
show it to your Prof.

1. What are the existing attitude and behavior of Grade 3 pupils in English subject
through blended modality at Cabagan Science Elementary School?
2. What differences are being manifested in the attitude and behavior of Grade 3
pupils in learning English subject at Cabagan Science Elementary School.
3. How does blended learning modality affect the learning behavior and attitude in

3. Title: “Effectiveness of Technological Tools in Teaching English Subject
Among the Teachers of Cabagan Science Elementary School" 

Statement of the Problem:  


21st Century educators are expected to become knowledgeable in using
different technological tools in teaching. And so, this study aims to determine the
effectiveness of technology as a being tool used in teaching English subject among
the teachers of Cabagan Science Elementary School.
 
Specifically, it seeks to answer the following sub-problems: 
1. What makes the use of technological tools different from those traditional ones
in teaching English Subject at Cabagan Science Elementary? 
2. What are the pros and cons of technology as a tool in teaching English subject at
Cabagan Science Elementary School? 
3. How do technological tools affect the learning style of the learners when used by
the teachers of Cabagan Science Elementary School?
