b) How do the heads assess the respondent’s professional
competency as to the following domains:
a. Content Knowledge and Pedagogy
b. Learning Environment
c. Diversity of Learners
d. Curriculum and Planning
e. Assessment and Reporting
f. Community Linkages and Professional Engagement
g. Personal Growth and Professional Development
c) How do the respondents assess their professional
competency?
d) What is the overall proof teaching competency of the
respondents as assess by the head?
e) What are the challenges/problems encountered by the
respondents and heads in the formers teaching?

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the
speaking anxiety of Teacher education students:
