Barangay Cabacnitan is far from the city and is 5km away from the national road and has

no accessible healthcare facility that could aide the alarming surge of teenage pregnancy

and other reproductive health issues in their area. Because of the dispute between the

government and new peoples army that created a disparity between social relationships,

and at the same time created a change between the sexual values and interaction that

leads on the early childbirth (before marriage). There is also change in the farming cycle

due to the scarcity of irrigation water, the rice field of the Barangay Cabacnitan is now

used for corn crops because it has a short duration of time growth and can be harvested

within 3 months and only needs less watering than rice fields.

The tree analysis of Barangay Real de Cacarong focuses on the cause and effect of the

declines in employment and education in the community. The causes are from the

agricultural sector and geographical aspect of the place. Since the Barangay is suffering

from the scarcity of water supply to the plantations, and the threat of el niño season or

drought causes the farmers to be unemployed, lose income and resulting into poverty.

Without income, the family also suffers and affects the children's education. But other

than that is the geographical location of the educational institutions, that is far from

Baramgay Real de Cacarong. So insyead of studying, others already had taken the path

of working to help the family earn.
