    The primary focus of "A Brief History of the United States Army in World War II," which covers

    the six
    years of the conflict, is on the key ground force campaigns that took place during that time. It also
    provides a list of books that people in the United States might read to learn more about the role the
    Army played in the war. Within the United States Army Center of Military History, Wayne M. Dzwonchyk
