Abbreviated Dialing

Remember short codes instead of numbers with prefixes .Dial a short number (single digit) to
get the desired number to be dialed. A maximum of 10 such numbers can be registered.
Contact 1218 helpline for activation. Once activated, the service can be handled through a
code from the telephone set.

Activation code:  *51*Key Digit*num# e.g. *51*1*0212254155#

Deactivation code:  #51#

Customer need to dial ** at the start to dial specific number (e.g. **1, **2, **3)

Absent Customer
You can use the Absent Customer facility to inform a calling person that you are unavailable. This
calling person will get an announcement or a special tone.

The customers can activate or deactivate the facility from their own telephone sets.

You can set the absent time from your own telephone set.

Three way Call Conference


Call conference status information/complaint

If customer wants confirm about Call conference services then CSE should check his/her number
status via CRM.

 IF services are not activated then CSE should activate call conference services Via CRM.

 (Firstly query the number then go to change value added and then activate Call Conference)

 IF services already activate then CSE should probe to the customer about conference
procedure & telephone set

 (Dial first call then press Flash button then dial second number and then press Flash
and 3.) call will be conference. Customer can use cradle instead of Flash button but
Flash would be recommended.

 If customers follow correct procedure & CSE customer already change telephone set then
CSE should log complaint in CRM.

Note :TAT of activation would be 24 hours
