    Charging steps:
    1. Ensure that the input voltage of the charger is consistent with
    the grid voltage
    2. Ensure that the output voltage of the charger is consistent with
    the rated voltage of the battery
    3. Connect the charger to the battery first, and then connect the
    AC power. At this time, the charging indicator is red, Indicates that
    the battery is being charged
    4. After charging for 2-8 hours, the red light turns green, indicating
    that the battery is full
    5. After charging, disconnect the AC power supply first, and then
    disconnect the battery
    Caution:
    1.Please use indoors and provide adequate ventilation
    2.Don't disassemble the charger for non professionals
    3.Pay attention to moisture-proof and shockproof,Beware of rain
    and sun exposure, and beware of contacting flammable and
    explosive articles.
    4. If the battery is not fully charged, it may be: The battery polarity
    is reversed or no load output (or poor contact with battery)
    5.Do not charge non rechargeable batteries
    6.Do not place the charger on the seat cushion or other parts of
    the electric bicycle to charge
